Keshet teachers are carefully chosen.  Head teachers have degrees in education; most teaching assistants and specialist teachers have bachelor's degrees. All staff attend ongoing training throughout the year.

All of our teachers believe in Keshet's teaching philosophy and share a commitment to nurturing as well as to nonviolent activities, games, toys, and stories. 

Faculty turnover at Keshet is low.  Our teachers have worked at Keshet for many years and are committed to Jewish education and to the school.
